Weekend Break...

We all had a great time at the weekend and i have added some pics that i took while we were away.

 

Saturday 9/6/07... This morning after breakfast we all went for a walk around the campsite and bought a few bits in the shop on the way back. We took the bit of shopping home and went along to the adventure park. 

 

"Z" ran off in front to play in the adventure park untill we caught up with her ( she was always in our sight's). Then "Z" and "ST" went on the steep slide a couple of times and on the motor-bikes. "Z" could'nt control the bike and we all had a laugh at her antics, it was so funny to see, she kept bumping into things and ended up sideways...lol.

 

Later, when we returned to the caravan "Z" wanted to go swimming so she got herself ready, then "ST" decided he wanted to go too. The pool was oppisite where we were. so off we all went into the swimming area "?" and i sat at the side while the two kids played about in the pool, they were having a whale of a time, they only had twenty minutes in there as the pool was closing for dinner, so we went back to the caravan for a rest.

 

Later, we got ready and set off for Gt.Yarmouth. We looked around the shops and walked along the promenade where the arcades were, we spent some time in there. then later, we went on the sea front where the kids went on the trampolines.Then we stopped to have dinner.

I think "?" and i over done the walking as we were hurting although we had plenty of rests. We went back to the caravan and rested before we went to the clubhouse in the evening.

 

Once we had rested, we got ready and off we set again for the arcades first then the club house to watch the entertainment and we had a drink each. Then we went back to the arcades before we set off back to the caravan. We got back in time to see the results of Any Dream Will Do.We settled to watch TV.

 

"SH" text me, then "Z" and i were texting her back and forth for a while, then "Z" and i settled down for the night and left "?" and "ST" chatting in the lounge area. "ST" went to his room and "?" settled in the lounge for the night.

 

Sunday 10/6/07... "Z" and i went out to the shop and walked around the camp. On the way back "Z" ran off in front to the adventure park untill i caught up with her, then i sat down and watched her for a while, then we made our way back.

 

When we got back "?" had tided up while we were out. "Z" wanted to go swimming again, so she got ready and i took her over the pool and i sat at the side. "ST" did'nt want to go. We were there for an hour and came back. Then "Z","ST" and i went to the beach. I sat at the top while they were on the beach and watched them.

 

Later, we went into Gt.Yarmouth again had our dinner out again and went off to the arcades and i put "Z" on quite a few rides that she wanted to go on. "Z" wanted to go on the snail roller-coaster and "ST" did'nt and i could'nt as i was hurting enough already, so i took her on a smaller ride that was'nt bumpy and she was happy with that.

 

When we got back to the caravan, "?" wanted me to cook him dinner as he did'nt eat any while we were out. I had intended to rest before we went out later. After "?" had dinner, he was ready to go over the clubhouse, but i could'nt as i was tired and hurting to much and i knew i would'nt make it without a rest, so we did'nt go.

 

We gathered our belongings together ready to pack in the car, then we decided to go home this evening instead. We packed the car up, tided the caravan up and dropped the keys off at reception and off we set for home, we left at 8pm. The road was clear once again, we stopped 3 or 4 times a long the way and we arrived home at 10:30pm.

 

Once we got home, i made the tea while "?" and the kids unpacked the car. We were so tired.

 

Once "?" had his cuppa and a rest, then he left and went home. Then "ST" went off to his bed and "Z" and i went to my bed. "Z" was all arms and legs. I got kicked in the ribs and elbowed in the face a couple of times in the night...
