School, Birthday's,Holiday Weekend...

Wednesday 22/8/07...

"?" came in around 8:45am this morning and i rang "ST" to wish him Happy Birthday, he is 14 today. He said he was going over to his other nans and grandads this afternoon with "L" and "J".  While we were chatting i could hear "J" trying to muscle in to grab hold of the phone from "ST" so she could talk to me, she seemed to be all excited about something, but i did'nt get to talk to her after all.

I got a few light chores done today as i hav'nt done much at all this week as my Hiatus Hernia has been niggling here and there. I tried to make an appointment with my GP, but i could'nt get one and was told to ring back on Tuesday...

"?" went out this afternoon and i went online to send a couple of emails, then closed down. "?" returned for an hour then left again and later i went back online.

Thursday 23/8/07...

"?" came in early this morning about 7:30am. He received his new PIN today and is now waiting for his new card to arrive. Later, i rang the Dr. surgery again to make an appointment for "?", later he went out and i got  a few more light chores done.

"A" came by this afternoon for  a while. He said "ST" is pleased with his new X-Box machine and games. "A" and i had a serious chat while no-one was around and i put my view over to him about something thats ongoing...

"?" returned later for an hour then left and i settled to watch TV for awhile before i tried to go online later, but i had to close down as the pages kept freezing again. I will be glad when February's here, then i can change servers again and return to AOL...AOL has so much more to offer with their service and they did'nt seem to have so many problems as Sky do. It takes roughly 2-3 weeks with the change overs. 1 week to disconnecting from the previous server and 1-2 weeks to be reconnected by the new server.

Friday 24/8/07...

"?" came in around 9am, he received his new card today, now he can get his money before the Holidays after all. We thought he would'nt hear untill next week sometime. He gave me my money back that i lent him so now we're both happy. I hav'nt done any chores today as my head, neck and shoulders are hurting me today. "?" left this afternoon, so i rested. I did'nt feel like going online this evening, i had an early night. 

Saturday 25/8/07...

This morning "?" took me to get my weekend shopping, later, we went to pick "ST" up for the day. While i was there i asked "L" about what is happening about "ST" school, she said that he had been refused a place at another school as there's no room and he has to return to his old school. "ST" is adament about not going back to the school. He was bullied last time he was there. So, i don't know what's going to happen on that scale.

On the way home we stopped off at the Heathway mall as i had a couple of bits to get at Wilkinsons that i could'nt get this morning when i got my shopping.

When we got home "ST" and "?" were chatting for quite a while. Then "?" went out for a while this afternoon. Later i phoned "L" on her mobile to see if she was indoors as "ST" wanted to go home tonight, she said she will pick him up on the way home.

Later, after "?" and "L" and the kids had left, i went online for about half hour then closed down to watch TV for the rest of the evening.

Sunday 26/8/07...

This morning "?" came in for an hour then left. I got my dinner on the go and tided round a bit then settled to watch a film on the Sci-Fi channel. After i had my dinner i tided a way the dishes and settled down again to watch another film on Sci-Fi channel again untill "?" returned again for an hour. later, then i went online for a while then closed down early and settled down for the night.

Monday 27/8/07...

Again "?" came in for an hour then left. I then phoned "L" to wish her a Happy Birthday, she is 32 today. She told me she and the kids are going to Clacton-On-Sea for the day with her mum and dad. I'm glad the weather has been good for them.

I got a couple of light chores done. Then Aunt "D" phoned. She is still having probs with her water works, she said it eases off and returns and at the moment it has eased off.

I asked Aunt "D" if she has heard any more about moving in with her son, she said no. Her son "J" asked her 2 years ago now to move in with them. They were to sell their home and Aunt "D" house and buy a larger one so they could all live together, but nothing more has been said about it and "J" house has'nt been put on the market. When all this was first talked about Aunt "D" was so pleased that she was going to live with her son, his wife "S" and the two children, but now she seems a bit down in the dumps when it is mentioned...Well, i've got my own thoughts about that.

Money...Money...Money!

This morning was a complete nightmare which was my fault entirely. To begin with, yesterday "?" asked me to lend him some money so i did and i could collect his money today. 

So, this morning i went along to the hole in the wall and put the card in the machine and guess what! i put the wrong PIN in 3 times and the machine swollowed up the card. "?" lent me the money back out of what i had given him the day before so i could get my weekly shop. I have put up with a right old ear bashing today i tell you.

When we got home from the shop at 8:30am. "?" rang the bank at 9am when they opened and he was put through to head office and they are sending him out a new card and PIN. This afternoon i went into the bank to dip into my savings so i could get over to next week and give "?" his extra money that he should have had coming to him today. It has been a right old mix up day today. When "?" gets his new card arrives in about a week, he will give me my money back...I do hope i don't do that again, i'm never going to live this down!

We went to pick "ST" up at 10:30am, on the way over there the traffic was quite heavy over Becontree station hill the workmen have got the road blocked on one side. With both roads blocked on Becontree and Heathway stations it is a right pain to get too and from each side of the railway.

We took "ST" home at 5pm. "L" was'nt in so, i phoned her. She said she was on her way back from Asdas, so we waited outside the flat. While we were waiting 2 police officers were walking towards us and asked why are we waiting there, so i told the officers we were waiting for "ST" mum to come back. I don't know what they were thinking i'm sure!

"ST" took all his money home with him that he had saved over the weeks and the money we gave him for his birthday as he wants to go and buy a couple of things that he wants, it will be his birthday tomorrow he will be 14 this year. Then later in the evening he is going round to his other granparents  as they have got presents coming for him there too, then Thursday, "L" is taking him to Lakeside to buy what he wants.

After my eventful day i feel quite tired out. "?" has felt stressed out over his card and money all day...trust me to cause an uproar! Well, thats all my eventful news for one day. Best wishes to one and all.

Friday 17/8/07...

I hav'nt done anything today accept cook my dinner while "?" mowed the back garden lawn. We've oly got a few weeks to Christmas. I think i will get one of those optic Christmas trees this year and throw my old one out for the dustmen this week.

After "?" left this evening  i tried to get online, but the comp kept freezing on me so i closed down for the night.

Saturday 18/8/07...

"?" took me to the shop to get a few bits for the weekend as usual. Later we went to pick "ST" up for the day, he and "?" were chatting most of the morning.

After dinner "ST" went online and "?" went out for a while and i settled to watch Barbara Striesand in Funny Girl. "?" came in at 5pm then left at 6pm "ST" is staying over. "ST" went back online while i settled to watch Meteor while waiting for Dancex to come on.

Sunday 19/8/07...

As usual "?" came in for an hour then left. "ST" was doing some writting in the lounge then went online and i played my CD's while getting on with dinner for "ST" and myself. I got a few light chores done while the dinner wason the go. I hav'nt done any exercises the last coupleof days, but i have managed to lose 1lb this week.

After dinner i settled to watch X-Factor as i did'nt see it yesterday. Late afternoon i phoned Aunt "D" she has still got probs with her leg and is still suffering with a water infection that keeps re-occuring.

"?" came in around 5:30pm, we then took "ST" home, when we got home "?" left soon after and i went online, but had difficulty getting into pages as they kept freezing, so i closed down and used my mobile to get into my O2 journal which i set up this week and i can use it when ever i'm out anywhere. Later this evening i went online on my mobile for a while as i can look into my emails and update my O2 journal from my phone. I will have to set up AOL and Spaces too, then i can keep up to date all round. I set up my mobile internet so i can get online while "ST" is online himself and it is free to use...

Monday 19/8/07...

I hav'nt done much today at all as my stomache has'nt been feeling to good, so it has been a lazy day all round really.

My neighbor "T" who i have mentioned before IM me this evening he told me his car had been broken into during the night. He had forgotten to take his Sat Nav indoors and it was stolen out of the car, he had left it on show on the dashboard.

I asked "T" how the baby is and he said his little grandaughter Kayliegh is doing fine and is now putting on weight following her premature birth 14th February and opperations she had on her bowel. She should have been born at the end of April.

"ST" will be here tomorrow, "?, ST " and i will be going out to buy "ST" birthday pressy tomorrow. Well...thats all for now, so, best wishes all round and take care!!!

Wednesday 15/8/07...

This morning "?" took me to get my shopping at Morrisons. They did'nt have hardly anything on the fruit and veg shelves or the bread shelves and bakery even the fridges were almost empty. So i did'nt get all what i went in for after all

I got s few light exercises done this morning while "?" went to rest for an hour before we went to pick "ST" up for the day. On the way home we stopped off at the heathway mall to buy a birhtday card for "ST" he will be 14 next Tuesday and one for "L" as she will be 32 on the 27th Aug.

"A" popped in with "J" this afternoon. "A" was chatting to "?" and "J" went online with "ST" to play a game on cartoon network while i got on with a couple of things i was doing in the kitchen. "A" and "J" did'nt stay long and left, "ST" decided to stay over.

Later, around 5pm my Hiatus Hernia started playing up and i was in a lot of pain which fluctuated back and forth from stomache to tummy area. I was really doubled upwith this painand felt so sick. "?" called an ambulance to take me to the hospital, but the paramedic was here about 5 mins and the pain eased off, so i declined going to hospital and the paramedic left.

"?" left at 6:30pm "ST" was at the computer and i was in the lounge. The phone rang and it was "SH", she asked me to look after "Z" for the night, i was feeling ok at this time. They arrived at 7pm. "SH" left, then "Z" and i watched a DVD Mr Beans Holiday while "ST" was online. My stomache was feeling niggly and uncomfortable.

Around 9:15pm The Hiatus Hernia pains started up strong once again, this time "ST" and "Z" were here. I tried to ring "SH" but could'nt reach her, so i rang "A" he said that "SH" was with him so they came round straight away. "SH" phoned for an ambulance so this time i did go to the hospital. "SH" stayed with the kids, "Z" was upset because i was in pain although she was trying to rub my back to help me...bless her!  I told "A" not to drive to the hospital as he had been drinking incase of accident or being pulled up by the police...ya know! so, he left the car at mine and walked home.

I got to the hospital about 10:15pm and was seen to fairly quickly, the pains got stronger while i was there and i was near to tears. I was given Gaviscon, but that did'nt help, i was given two tabs, i don't know what they were, that did'nt work, then i was sent for an x-ray and a little later i was given two small injections, i don't know what that was either, then the pains seemed to gradually subside and by 1am i was free from pain.

The Dr who was looking after me kept coming back to talk to me, like they do and asked about all the other health probs i have. I mentioned ACM once and he knew quite a lot about it which surprised me as when i've mentioned it before everyone including Drs looked at me as if i was cookoo or something. I must say, i was pleased to discuss this ACM with someone who knew what i was actually talking about about face to face and with interest.

Then the DR spoke to me about this Hernia, he had asked previously what i had eaten, i told him i've been having salads, no fats or sugary stuff ect... He also asked if anything is to be done about it as i've had too many flare-ups. I told him no-one is doing anything about it, only giving me my meds that i have now. He is writting to my GP to advise an opperation which he was telling me about that can be done and he is also prescribing stronger meds for me as well as the meds i'm on now Rabeprazole tabs.

I was released from the hospital at 2:30am this morning. I then called for a mini cab to take me home which cost £11.00.

Thursday 16/8/07...

This morning, i was up at 7:30am "Z" got up with me, "SH" was sleeping on the sofa, she woke up when i went in the room. She said, i've been freezing all night. "ST" gave me a blanket with holes in...lol, it was one of the ones i had made. I said to "SH" i think "ST" don't like you or something, because there's a warm one in the cupboard...lol

When "?" came in at 8:30am he took "SH" and "Z" to the heathway as they did'nt have far to walk from there or he would have had to go further afield to get to the other side of the heathway hill as the area is having work done as i've mentioned in a previous entry. Not only that area is upside down, the way we have to go now to get to the other side is Becontree station is also having work done at the same time, so its a complete nightmare getting to where "A or "SH" live at the moment. The Heathway will look like the piccy on my side bar once its finished.

This afternoon, i was at the kitchen sink and i could see stones falling down past the window. Well, i thought it was raining hail stones at first, but when i went out the garden and looked up at wall of the house,  there was a squirrel running up and down the wall and the pebble dash was coming off as it was scuttling along. I shouted out to "ST" to close all the windows upstairs incase it got in through the windows.
